Holiday EXTRA burn workout 

The holidays  are a time of year where its guaranteed you WILL indulge…Do this workout first thing in the AM 3x per week during the holidays and enjoy the time of year! No weights necessary!


 

⭐️LUNGE WORKOUT⭐️

Warm-up: 25 squats alternating with 25 crunches 3x

 *Do all 3 exercises 3 x 12 reps (each leg) and then go to the next group

1. Standing tosro twist with or without weight

1. Push-ups from feet or knees

1. Forward lunge with Bicep curl

 

⭐️ standing side kicks with flexed foot 15x (each leg)…then go to next set of exercises

 2. Plank taps (tap opposite shoulder)

2. Mountain Climbers (1,1,2,2..)

2.Lunge and twist with or without weight

 

⭐️ March or high knees 20x (each leg)

 3. Full sit up 

3. Skaters (20 each leg)

3. Reverse lunge and tap ground by front foot

 

⭐️ Butt kicks 20x (each leg)…then go to next set of exercises

 4. Double crunch with or without weight

4. Plank and toe tap side to side

4. Lateral lunge

 

⭐️ Soldier kicks 20x (each leg)…then go to next set of exercises

 5. Reverse crunch

5. Burpees (slow-step one foot back and then the next) or fast and add jump

5. Curtsy lunge with bicep curl with or without weight

 

⭐️ 20x air box (each arm)…then go to the next set of exercises

 6. Bicycle crunch

6. Diver Push ups

6. Glute bridge with or without weights on hips (30x each)

 

⭐️ 20x air box (each arm)

 7. Plank forearms to hands 

7. Crab hip up

7. on hands and knees lift opposite and opposite leg (alternating, 12 each)

 Stretch
