The BEST non running treadmill workout 

The treadmill can be a very versatile piece of equipment. Most people think all you can/should is run. This is so not true I have some awesome treadmill workouts that are fun and require no running…have you ever done lunges on a treadmill? Side shuffles? Walked backwards? Stay tuned I will post all of them.  Below is a workout that can be done at any level of intensity based on how fast you can comfortably walk. AND really works the booty and hamstrings. 


 Start 2% incline 5 minutes 

 Brisk walk 

Increase to 5% for 5 minutes 

Increase to 6% for 1 minute 

7% 1 minute

8% 1 minute 

9% 1 minute 

10% 5 minutes

11% 2 minutes

12% 2 minutes

13% 1 minute 

14% 1 minute 

15% 5 minutes 

15% 5 minutes 

14% 1 minute

13% 1 minute 

12% 2 minutes 

11% 1 minute

10% 5 minutes 

9% 1 minute

8% 1 minute 

7% 1 minute 

6% 2 minutes

5% 5 minutes 

2% 5 minutes cool down 

Stretch 

Entire workout = 1 hour 

To make a shorter workout just adjust the times on each incline
