This is a short example of what we do in my fusion class at Wall Athletics in Oakland, New Jersey. A lot of ladies have been asking me for workouts to do at home when they can’t make class. So, I am going to try and post one a week.
For this workout: Ankle weights are optional
All leg work is 40 reps (or just follow me)
This is a very intense butt and core workout. Focus on squeezing your glutes on every rep! And keep your core tight. Form is everything!
Put on some good music and vibe out!
