Barre fusion class booty work! 

Below is part of the Barre Fusion booty work we did in class today at Wall Athletics in Oakland, NJ.

For this workout an ankle weight it optional

Do all exercises on one leg and then switch to the other

We did 50 windshield wipers and 50 Squats in between switching sides

 The exercises: Start on the right leg

1.) Right leg in front on knees, lunge stretch forward and push off front foot, lift and point toe

2.) Right foot in front lunge, extend both legs and swing kick right leg back

3.) With left leg step out to the side, come to knees in the center and hydrant kick right leg

3.) With left leg step out to side-FULLY stand up and knee right right leg to chest, come back to starting position and hydrant kick right leg

4.) On knees, donkey kick with right leg

5.) Lunge position with right leg in front-FULLY stand up on complete a lunge, lunge back to knee and swing kick right leg back

6.) Cross right leg over left (on knees), bend and extend kick right leg 

7.) Stay in the same crossed over position at (6), except after you kick-FULLY extend legs straight (with booty up)

 **Preform 50 windshield wipers for core

**Preform 50 plie squats

**REPEAT on LEFT side
