Tight booty, toned thighs, and flat ab workout! 

For all my ladies who missed class today….Check out this workout for a tight butt, toned thighs, and flat abs! Perfect for at home or the gym…do this 2-3x per week and you will be bikini ready in no time! 

Can be done with or without weights! All reps should be done on EACH side, for example: 3×15 is 15 on each leg.
