Upper body workout 

This is an intense and effective upper body circuit…perfect to incorporate into your lifting regime 1-2x per week to prep for tank top season! Each exercise should be done one after another with NO break! 
Upper body circuit

2-5 minute warm-up

5×20 / 5×12

Push-ups-20

Dips-20

Alt hammer curl-12 (each arm)

Alt bicep curl -12 (each arm)

Curl and press-12

Alt front raise-12 (each arm)

Alt ventral raise -12 (each arm)

Lateral raise -12

Row-12

Over head Triceps extension-12

Tricep kick back -12

25 jumping jacks

25 abs of choice 

*repeat circuit*

Stretch
