March bikini booty workout 

Posting workouts Monday, Wednesday, Friday from March-June 

This workout can be done with or without weights! 


Floor leg work 20 each x 3 sets 

Lying on side Lateral raise raise 

Inner thigh lifts 

All fours straight leg kick
25 abs of choice 

Lunge routine 10 each leg x 3 
Lunge and twist

Lunge and touch front toe

Reverse Lunge 

Lateral lunge 
25 abs of choice 

Squat routine 10x 3 sets
1,2,3 pulse squats 

Squat to calf raise 

Plie squat 

25 abs of choice 

Floor work 20 each x 3 sets 
Single leg glute bridge 

Lie on back open and close for inner thighs 

On belly lift opposite arm and opposite leg 

25 abs of choice 

Floor work 20×3

Crab hip ups 

Glute bridge to crunch 

Scissor kicks on back 

Stretch 
Takes an hour for a shorter workout cut floor work reps in half and sets to 2 instead of 3!
