Lower body cardio and toning workout 

This workout should last 1 hour and can be done with or without weights! Wall sits done after all four sets! 

4 sets 10-15

Cardio and lower body toning 

Squat with heels on weights 
Mountain climbers (1,1,2,2 count)
*wall sit 1 minute 

Squat and kick to the back
Lunge taps
*wall sit 1 minutes 

Squat and hamstring curl to the back
*wall sit 1 minute 

Good mornings 
Butt kickers 
*wall sit 1 minute 

Static lunges with kick to the back
Split jumps 
*wall sit 1 minute 

Side plank hip ups 
Bicycle crunches
