Squat and bicep curl

Squat and chest fly

Windshield wipers 
Squat and front raise 

Reverse crunch 
Single leg deadlift and upright row

Pilates swimmers 
Plie squat and tricep extension 

Butterfly crunch 
Single leg glute bridge and single arm chest press 

1/2 get up with weight for abs 

Stretch
