Snow bunny booty burn workout 

Start with a 5 minute ab warm up and end with a 5 minute stretch 

Can be done with or without weights 

4x 10-12 

*=each leg 
Forward and reverse lunge* 
Puma lunge *

Side to side hops *
1,2,3 pulse lunges *

Single leg hops *

Oblique crunch *
1,2,3 pulse Curtsy lunge *

Standing leg extension*

Plank hops (open close legs)
Single leg squats *

Standing hamstring curl*

Standing oblique crunch * 
1,2,3 pulse to Squat jumps

Squat to straddle jumps 

Side plank to side plank
