Spring booty workout! 

It’s almost the first day of spring!! Time to get serious about summer! Enjoy this workout…band  and weights are optional BUT if you have been doing exercise without weights now is a great time to incorporate them! 


4×10-12 
*= both sides/legs 

Stagger foot squats *
Donkey kicks on elbows*
Stagger foot dead lift *

Down dog kicks *
3 pulse plie squat 

Inner thigh lifts standing *
Static lunge with back kick*

Standing hamstring curls *
Hold weight between knees and squeeze 50x

Sitting Bands open and close

Kicks sitting with band on ankles 
Abs 
Stretch
